Matt Rozycki

Academic Advisor

Matt joined the Frederick Honors College in September 2022 as an academic advisor in the newly-created FHC advising center. As a dedicated advisor to Honors students, he helps foster academic growth, intellectual challenge and socio-emotional wellbeing. As part of that mission, Matt aims to foster inclusion and belonging among all members or the Frederick and Pitt community.

Matt is a proud alumnus of the University of Pittsburgh, earning his degree in political science and psychology. He then moved just down Fifth Avenue to earn his M.S.Ed in school counseling from Duquesne University. Matt has worked with international students across Pittsburgh, including Pittsburgh Public Schools, Carnegie Mellon University and LaRoche University.

In his free time, Matt enjoys playing with his two cats, wandering through local parks and watching soccer, football, and anything Pitt at local breweries.
