Honors Course Fulfillment

If you are completing the Honors Degree, you must earn 18 academic credits (in addition to completing 6 experiential credits* and earning 1,200 Honors Outside the Classroom Curriculum points).

*Additional experiential credits 

Once you complete 6 experiential credits (includes research, independent study, study abroad programs, internships, and co-ops), any additional experiential credits completed will count toward the 18 academic credits requirement. For example, if you complete an approved 15 credit study abroad program, the first 6 credits will fulfill the experiential credit requirement, and the remaining 9 credits will apply to the 18 academic credit requirement.
