What Elizabeth loves about UHC

The UHC is a smaller community in a larger university that encompasses everything the college experience should be. The social, extracurricular, and academic aspects are intellectually stimulating and fun. What really makes the UHC great, though, is the student community. You can learn so much just by sitting and talking with your peers.

About Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a native of the Pittsburgh area and ridiculously excited to be a contributing part of the UHC community. Her interests include ballet, theater, cooking, and science. She has attended classes at various dance studios around the Pittsburgh area and participated in community theater (hence the enthusiasm in getting students to see the incredible cultural opportunities that Pittsburgh has available), and her love of cooking stems from baking with her Busia (her grandmother) who lives on Pittsburgh's South Side (a reason she encourages all Pitt students to explore the eclectic neighborhoods of Pittsburgh). Future plans for Elizabeth hopefully include graduating from Pitt with a degree in Neuroscience, a minor in Italian, and a Certificate in the Conceptual Foundations of Medicine and continuing on to medical school.
