The University Honors College (UHC) was founded in 1987 to meet the academic and extracurricular needs of the University of Pittsburgh's most able, ambitious, and inquisitive undergraduate students by providing intellectual challenges, inspiring individual effort, encouraging independent thinking and self-discovery, and fostering a nurturing community. Pitt is currently engaged in a search for a Dean of the College to succeed current UHC Dean Edward M. Stricker. All interested parties are encouraged to review the information below.
